Islamabad police on Friday arrested another German national from the heart of capital city and sent him to jail after registration of an FIR under 14-Foreigner Act.
A police team arrested a German national Baham who was accused of living in Pakistan even after expiration of his valid visa. Following registration of an FIR against him in Abpara police station (FIR no; 30, 27-01-12), he has been sent to jail on court order, he was the fourth German national who were arrested in Pakistan for their failure to produce valid documents before the concerned authorities during last couple of weeks.  It is pertinent to mention here that law enforcement agencies arrested three German nationals on last Saturday for suspicion and illegal activities in Peshawar. German nationals claimed that they were running an office to monitor German-funded development projects, however failed to produce documents.
