Opposition Leader and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) politician Khurshid Shah said neither he nor his party have any relation with Uzair Baloch, Waqt News reported. “People make selfies with political leaders as it is a common practice nowadays,” he said while answering a question about Baloch’s pictures with PPP leadership.
While talking to the media at Sukkur the opposition leader stated the Baloch was a wanted person hence was arrested. “We don’t have any relations with wanted criminals,” Shah claimed.
He further added that Opposition has supported government over anti-terrorism policies. “The opposition has stood with the government in all hard times,” he said.
While talking about the PM's foreign visits Shah said that he is happy that PM has returned to Pakistan after a long time. “PMshould come to parliament more often,” he said. “He should brief the parliament about the state affairs"
On the question of prices of petrol he said that government is not giving the incentive of low prices to the masses. “Oil prices are at an all-time low in international markets but Pakistani common people are being deprived of that,” he claimed.
