Supreme Court has ordered to remove Chairman Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) Sadiq-ul-Farooq from his seat. 

According to details, the top court issued orders during Raj Katas suo moto case today. 

The Additional Attorney General told the court that Farooq's appointment as chairman has expired and summary for new chairman will be sent soon. 

"Do send the summary but also remove Farooq from the seat," the court ordered.
