LAHORE - The Defence-A police yesterday informed a district and sessions judge that former military ruler Gen (r) Pervez Musharraf owns no property in Defence Housing Authority.

The SHO told the court yesterday that they could not find any property owned by Pervez Musharraf.

A three-judge special court at Islamabad is hearing high treason case against former army chief Pervez Musharraf for violating the Constitution. The respondent did not appear before the court despite repeated notices.

District & Sessions Judge Nazeer Ahmad Gajana had ordered the DHA and police concerned to submit report regarding his property, so it could be confiscated in the light of the order of the special court hearing treason case against Musharraf.

After the reply of the police, the judge directed his staff to forward the report of the police to special court in Islamabad.

Pervez Musharraf had, on March 18, left the country for medical treatment in Dubai and have not appeared before the court yet.
