LAHORE - The second phase of the Nawa-i-Waqt Group Sports Gala 2016 will be played today (Sunday) here at the a local club where badminton events will be held among 21 teams of 42 players.

Shafiq Sultan is the organising committee head while Editor The Nation Salim Bokhari has been heading the sports committee with Dilawar Chaudhry, Nadeem Basra, Bilal Butt and Qaiser Nadeem as its members.

The Sports Gala has been sponsored by Fast Marketing, Fresher Juice, City Garden and SA Garden. The last event of the gala will be cricket event, where four teams, along with two veterans teams, will compete against each other at Khayaban-e-Amin cricket ground.
