ISLAMABAD - Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi met Iran and Kazakhstan’s counterparts in Dushanbe to discuss the regional situation. In the meeting with Foreign Minister of Iran Dr Javad Zarif, on the sidelines of the 9thMinisterial Conference of the Heart of Asia–Istanbul Process, the two FMs reviewed bilateral relations and exchanged views on regional issues, particularly the Afghan peace process, said a foreign ministry statement. Qureshi emphasized the importance of enhanced bilateral economic cooperation.
