Federal Ministry of Health has cancelled SRO 2008 about smoking with immediate effect and imposed ban over smoking at specific places. Under the directives of Federal Minister of Health Ejaz Hussain Jakhrani a new health warning will be printed at cigarette packs from July 1st. The ministry has also decided to ban the incentives given by the cigarette manufacturers to attract smokers and increase smoking in public.
