ISLAMABAD - Top brass of Pakistan Army, which met Thursday with the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani, expressed deep shock and grief over the loss of precious lives in the earthquake that struck various parts of Balochistan. According to ISPR, the 112th Corps Commanders Conference, held at General Headquarters Rawalpindi, was also given a comprehensive briefing on the internal security situation and prevailing security environment in the region. The participants also took a holistic view of the operational preparedness of the Pakistani Army.
