Death of three more dengue patients on Monday has mounted the overall death toll caused by deadly virus to 280 in the city. At least three more people including a woman died of the dengue fever in various hospitals of the city. The deceased included Muhammad Ramzan of Baghbanpura, Shamim Bibi of Jia Bagga and Waqas of Manga Mandi. One of the deceased died at Services Hospital, while two breathed their last at Jinnah Hospital. Recent deaths have pushed the toll of dengue virus in Lahore to 280 while more than 350 have lost their lives from the disease. On the other hand new dengue patients have also been admitted in Allied Hospital Faisalabad, Nishtar Hospital Multan and other hospitals of different cities of Punjab. More than 10 new dengue patients have been reported in Khyber Pakhtunkhawa and Sindh provinces.
