Sister of Dr Aafia Siddiqui, Dr Fauzia Siddiqui, called on the Federal Human Rights Minister Dr Shireen Mazari on Wednesday in Islamabad to discuss ways to bring her sister back home.
They discussed the ways how to move ahead getting Dr Aafia Siddiqui back in Pakistan. Talking to Siddiqui, the Federal Minster said that the government was trying their best to bring Dr Aafia Siddiqui back to Pakistan.
Dr Mazari said, “We are well aware of the problems and anguish of Dr Afia Siddiqui’s family.” The minister assured Dr Fauzia of full support in the struggle for her sister’s release.
