Islamabad - The Bahria University hosted Open House 2015, giving opportunity to final year students from departments of electrical engineering, software engineering, computer sciences and management sciences to display their final year projects.
Open House showcased some of the brilliant projects from Bahria University. The event was organised at the premises of Bahria University Islamabad. Rector of Bahria University Vice Admiral (Retd) Tanveer Faiz, HI (M), graced the occasion as chief guest. Director general/pro-rector, registrar and other management of the university were also present.
Projects from diverse engineering branches including management sciences, software engineering, control systems, communication systems, embedded systems, robotics, radio communications and wireless communication were showcased. The ceremony concluded with the awards presentation for the top 3 projects in each department.Renowned companies from the national and multinational sectors visited the open house as a part of university’s ongoing academics-industry collaboration. The representatives appreciated the innovative projects designed by the students and conducted interviews for hiring fresh graduates of the university in their respective organisations.
