LAHORE - The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has started distributing free textbooks to partner schools in the districts of Jhang, Chiniot and Toba Tek Singh from Thursday.
A total of 3, 24,738 textbooks will be distributed in 262 school partners of these districts. PEF has set up a books distribution point in Jhang district. Books distribution in school partners of these districts will conclude on April 13.
Meanwhile, PEF chairman Engineer Qamar ul Islam Raja will address a public ceremony at Rawalpindi Arts Council on Friday.
The function is planned in connection with ‘Parho Punjab, Barho Punjab’ campaign of the Punjab government.
