19 year old Intisar Khan, the only child of his parents, was shot dead in Karachi. 

Intisar was just going to join his friends for dinner and was not involved in any anti-state activities. This shows us the weak policing infrastructure and institutions present in the country. The presence of car-snatchers was probably why he did not stop when the ACLC signaled him to stop. However, it is very rare for the police to be justified in taking such an extreme measure. 

The Supreme Court of Pakistan should take notice of the issue in order to prevent tragedies like these happening again.
