LAHORE (PR) - Representatives of farmers have termed the stall of Punjab Seed Corporation at the Jashan-e-Baharan Festival being held at Jillani Park as the best stall, saying that PSC seeds were helping them get bumper yields.
Apart from PSC MD Khaqan Babar and farmers, the PSC stall was also visited by parliamentarians and representatives of bureaucracy and civil society. While talking to farmers, Babar announced that PSC, which is providing high-quality and certified seeds to farmers, will also introduce seeds of all vegetables in the market soon. He said that the PSC was progressing fast under the leadership of Punjab Agriculture Minister Dr Farrukh Javed. On the occasion, the PSC MD also distributed pamphlets, key chains, watches and calendars among the visiting farmers.
