PTCL introduces Islamic services

KARACHI - Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has reintroduced Islamic services for its customer in the month of Ramadan, says a press release. PTCL has a rich Value Added Service portfolio which further enhanced with VAS including easy to use Ramadan interactive Voice Response (IVR) Service. The purpose of this service is to facilitate PTCL landline/ Vfone subscribers to enjoy Ramadan while staying close to their beliefs and faith. Customers simply dial 1324 from PTCL Landline or Vfone to, enter the IVR which gives access to seven main categories of most updated Islamic content. PTCL Islamic content includes live Tarawee from Khana Khaba, complete Quran with Urdu translation, top 10 Naats and Hamds, Arabic duas, Arabic Islamic Nasheeds, names of Allah and Sehar and Aftar timings. Naveed Saeed SEVP Commercial PTCL has emphasised that inclusion of Islamic services is to fulfil the high demand for Islamic services in the holy month of Ramadan. He further stated that PTCL has always been the first to introduce and provide the benefits of latest technologies to the customers.
