LAHORE: For the convenience of air travelling passengers, Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has introduced a 24 hours toll-free number through which the passengers would be able to enquire about the flight information and lodge their complaints and suggestions by calling at 0800-00114.  A press release issued on Friday said that CAA was committed to providing all the facilities to its valued passengers and this toll-free number facility was an addition to the already available facilities at the airports. –Staff Reporter
