LAHORE – University of Management and Technology (UMT) is fast contributing its share in the international body of knowledge as research paper of Rashida Manzoor, an M Phil student of Applied Linguistics, has been accepted for presentation at the Nineteenth International Conference on Learning, UK, says a press release.Ms Manzoor has been invited to present her research paper, “The Acquisition of Pragmatic Competence and the Implication of Critical Period Hypothesis” at Nineteenth International Conference on Learning due on 14-16 August organised by Institute of Education, University of London, UK. The conference will address a range of critically important themes relating to education today. Plenary speakers will include some of the world’s leading thinkers in the field of education.
