Putin offers Pakistan help in fighting terrorism after Quetta blast

MOSCOW, RUSSIA: The Kremlin released Presidential statement regarding the Quetta tragedy which involved a tragic terrorist attack on the Police Training College in Quetta in which 61 officials were killed and 117 were wounded.

"The Russian head of state expressed confidence that the masterminds and performers of this barbaric crime will be punished, and reiterated Russia's readiness to further enhance anti-terrorism cooperation with Pakistan," the Kremlin said in a statement.

The Pakistani Foreign Office Spokesperson, Nafees Zakaria, shared the details. Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his condolences with President and Prime Minister of Pakistan on tragic terrorist attack in Quetta. President Putin expressed confidence that plotters and executors of barbaric crime will be brought to justice.

President Putin confirmed Russia’s readiness to further expand counter-terrorism cooperation with Pakistani partners and reiterated Russia's readiness to further enhance anti-terrorism cooperation with Pakistan. President Putin sympathised with the families and loved ones of those killed in the attack and wished speedy recovery to injured.
