The Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan has formed a five member bench on Friday to probe into Haj corruption. The notice has been issued to the Minister for Religious Affairs Hamid Saeed Kazmi. According to a private television channel, the five member bench will be headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry on December 06. The notice has been issued to the heads of relevant state bodies, including Minister for Religious Affairs Hamid Saeed Kazmi, Minister of Science and Technology Azam Sawati and NAB Chairman. Justice Javed Iqbal, Justice Raja Fayaz, Justice Ghulam Rabbani and Justice Ramday will be included in the five member bench of the Supreme Court. NNI
