One more mastermind of bomb attacks on International Islamic University in Islamabad on October 20 has been arrested from Attock, brining the total number of arrested in the case to four. The attack on the University had killed 9 people including students. The mastermind, identified as Zahid, and his accomplice have been arrested from Attock.
