LAHORE A two-year-old girl child was accidentally burnt to death at Ferozepur Road in Icchhra police area on Sunday. Police investigators said the minor girl Mumta, daughter of Dilawar Hussain and resident of 106-Ferozepur Road, was playing in her home when fire caught her dress resultantly the girl sustained multiple burn injuries. The minor child was rushed to the Burn Unit of the Mayo Hospital where the doctors pronounced her death. Later, the police handed over the child to the bereaved family after completing the necessary medico-legal formalities.
