Political scientists and human resource management experts strongly believe that leaders impact the conditions of social justice and that the conditions of social justice impact the formation of the leader. One can witness and experience a practical demonstration of it in Sindh province. Since we have socially unjust leadership in Sindh, it is experiencing collapse of education, employment, finance, communication and healthcare, not to mention people to people, family to family, tribe to tribe, society to State relationships.
I wish and pray for socially just leadership, leadership that systematically and continuously improve and understand personal biases, assumptions and prejudices and make efforts to risk personal comfort and safety to improve the lives of the followers and that is the ultimate object of social justice.
