KPK government wants Metro Bus Project in Peshawar

Peshawar- KPK government has contacted PM secretariat for launching Metro Bus Project at Peshawar, so that traffic problems in the city could be reduced.

The 18 billion project issue will also be raised in the Council for Common Interest (CCI). However Pakistan railways and airport administration, have expressed their reservation over MBP from Chamkni to Kharkhano. According to sources, railway has refused to give their land for metro bus project, due to which work has not started until now on project. When provincial government contacted railway department for the matter, they also had their reservation.

After which KPK government has discussed the reservations with Prime Minister Secretariat.
