Chitral : Tremors of an earthquake measuring 5.3 magnitude on Richter scale have shaken Chitral and its adjoining areas.

According to sources, an earthquake of 5.3 magnitude on Richter scale with epicenter near Afghanistan - Tajikistan borders struck Chitral and adjoining areas on Thursday. The focal depth of earth quake was 60 kilometer.

Moreover, no casualty or damage to property was reported till filing of this report.
