Peshawar- Five top leaders of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) including spokesperson Shahidullah Shahid have joined Islami State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), media reports said today.
Former spokesman of TTP terror outfit Shahidullah Shahid was among five top Taliban commanders who joined Islamic State (new name of ISIS).
Other Taliban commanders who joined ISIS included Saeed Khan from Orakzai agency, Mufti Hassan from Peshawar, Khalid Mansoor from Hangu and Gul Zaman from Khyber Agency
Shahiduallah Shahid said that they would send local Mujaheen to Middle East as they have offered their lives and death with ISIS.
ISIS has announced to spread roots of its organization in Kharasan, a region referred to Iran, Afghanistan and Indian-subcontinent including Pakistan. ISIS pamphlets and wall-choking was seen in Peshawar and tribal areas, strongholds of local Islamists militants.
