COAS pays tribute to Quetta's security guard Talib Hussain

Rawalpindi: Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif today paid tribute to Talib Hussain, a security guard who embraced martyrdom while intercepting a suicide attacker at the entrance of a university in Quetta.

According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) press release, Talib Hussain stopped a suicide attack attempt last night in Quetta and saved precious lives.

"The security guard of Railway Colony was killed after he intercepted a suicide bomber who blew himself up. Police suspect that the bomber was headed to Hazara Town, but due to strict security and several checkpoints, he tried to enter from Railway Colony" senior police official Waheed Khattak told sources.
