Islamabad- Islamabad High Court (IHC) has adjourned indefinitely hearing of Mir Ali drone attack case being Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui on leave.
IHC had ordered for registering  FIR of those killed in drone attack in the area of Mir Ali in Waziristan against CIA chief station  Nathan  and Legal Counsel but SHO secretariat police station Nawaz Bhatti had not registered FIR by not complying with the orders of the court. The court had summoned SHO Secretariat police station in contempt of court case.
