SARGODHA- A man today amputated both legs of his second wife over domestic issues and a doubt of depraving in Jhaverian police limits.
According to police, Muhammad Siddique, resident of Jhaverian Town, just few days after the marriage started abusing and torturing his
wife frequently. Today he picked up quarrel with his wife over some domestic matters and suspicions over her character, first tortured his wife with baton and later cut off her legs with blows of axe. The neighbours hearing the screams and noise reached the scene. They nabbed
the culprit and handed him over to police. Police said that the lady got married with Saddique hailing from Shahpur town of Sargodha district some one a half moth ago. The injured was shifted to Sargodha hospital for the treatment. A case has been registered against the accused.
