LAHORE - Rameeza Majid Nizami, the daughter of the late Majid Nazami and Managing Director of Nawa-i-Waqt Group of Publications, tied the knot with Owais Zakariya Aziz, son of Tariq Aziz, at Gormani House, Main Boulevard, Gulberg, here yesterday.
Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif received the guests on the occasion. Former Senate Chairman Wasim Sajjad, former Chief Justice of Pakistan Tassaduq Hussain Jillani, Justice (r) Mian Aftab Furrukh, senior journalists Mujibur Rahman Shami, Altaf Hassan Qureshi, Khalid Ahmad, industrialist Mian Mansha, ex-Punjab Chief Minister Pervez Elahi and his brother Javed Elahi, senior bureaucrats and notables of the town were among the guests.
