FAISALABAD-Two murder convicts were sent to the gallows in Central Jail here on Tuesday. The convicts namely Tahir and Imran had killed four persons in Jaranwala in 2005. The local court convicted them in murder case and sentenced them to death. Their appeals were rejected by the apex court and finally, after rejection of their clemency appeal, the court issued their black warrant. The convicts were hanged early Tuesday morning and later their dead bodies were handed over to the families for burial.–Online
