ISLAMABAD - Pakistan Muslim League-N lawmaker Khurram Dastgir acting as member of Finance Committee of the National Assembly (FCNA) for last many years has been replaced with Rana Tanvir in the committee, and his new assignment is still awaited. Having some reservation over the performance of committee, Khurram Dastgir has time and again raised questions over the slow performance of committee, National Assembly (NA) Secretariat sources told TheNation. It was learnt that only four meetings have been convened during last three meetings. The committee witnessed only one meeting during last financial year. Sources said that Khurram Dastgir had tried to tender his resignation in the last Finance Committee of the National Assembly (FCNA) but on the request of other Committee colleagues he did not submit his resignation.
