LAHORE - Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani called on Editor-in-Chief Nawa-i-Waqt Group Majid Nizami at his residence 43 Mason Road on Monday and expressed his profound sorrow and grief over the sad demise of Begum Rehana Majid Nizami. Deputy Managing Director Nawa-i-Waqt Group Rameeza Nizami and Editor The Nation Arif Nizami were also present on the occasion. The Prime Minister remained at the residence of Majid Nizami for half an hour and offered 'fateha for the departed soul. Afterwards, the Prime Minister drove straight to the Lahore Airport for proceeding to Islamabad.
