MULTAN - M Shabir won the 6th Major General Shahid Hamid Khan All Pakistan Multan Open Golf Championship 2015 in professional category here on Sunday. Shabir of Islamabad Golf Club scored 201 15 under. Matloob Ahmed from Lahore Garrison Golf and Country Club grabbed second position in professional category with a score of 201 15 under while Waheed Baloch from Karachi Golf Club was third with a score of 206 10 under. Ahsan Khalid s/o Lt Col Khalid was first in ‘boys putting competition’ under 10 category while M Osama s/o Maj Kashif Bhatti was first over 10 category. In ‘boys match gross category’ Master Ahmed Fareed was first while Master M Muwahid was first in net. In ‘sr amateur gross category’, Lt Col (R) Mansoor Saeed was first in gross and Mian Naeem Akhtar first in net. In gross of Sr Officers match MTN Gar, Brig M Wajahat Ali Ghuman commander 404 Army Aviation Group won first while Brigadier Mukhtar Ahmed Commander Artillery 1 Armoud Division won first in net. Maj Gen Hasnat Amir Gilani General Officer Commanding 1 Armoud Division was the chief guest and distributed cash prizes of Rs 1.2 million amongst the winners.
