Pakistan wins World Junior Squash championship

Pakistan has won the Junior Team Squash Champion after beating Egypt in the final, Waqt News reported. The tournament was held in Poland.

According to the media reports due to the victories of Israr Ahmad and Abbas Shaukat, Pakistan outclassed Egypt with 2-1 to win its 6th world team title.

In the first match, Israr Ahmad easily defeated its opponent by score of 11-9, 11-9, and 11-9 in a match merely extended to 39 minutes.  “In the second match however, Ahas Ayas faced the defeat in a tough match with the score of 11-13, 11-13, 5-11, and 6-11," sources reported.

In the decider, Abbas Shaukat and Marwan Tarek faced each other, the Pakistani player stunned his opponent by 11-7, 11-9, and 11-8 to assure the memorable victory for Pakistan. “Pakistan has lost three consecutive finals before today’s victory,” media reported.
