At least five people were killed and 50 injured on Thursday in separate blasts in Guwahati, police said. "At least five people have died so far and 50 injured according to preliminary reports," a senior police official said after two blasts occurred near crowded marketplaces and a third bomb went off in a garbage bin. The wounded were rushed to hospitals, many with burn injuries, witnesses said.
