It has been reported that the Project Concept (PC-I) of the Rawalpindi Ring Road has been sent to Lahore for approval.
As per sources, the practical work on the 38 km long Rawalpindi Ring Road project from Grand Trunk (GT) Road to Thulian will be starting in August.
However, the final approval of the Rawalpindi Ring Road project has not yet been given. It is expected that Punjab government will give the approval in the financial year 2021-22.
