RAWALPINDI - Rawat police have arrested a person involved in wall chalking against the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) in a private housing society, informed a police spokesman on Saturday. The accused was put behind the bars by the police after filing a case against him under section 124 of PPC, The Punjab Prohibition of Expressing Matters on Walls (Amendment) Act 2015-2 and The Punjab Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance 1960-60, he added. According to him, the police had detected a few days ago anti-COAS slogans on the wall in a private housing society adjacent to GT Road.
