PML-N leader Khawaja Asif has challenged his disqualification by Islamabad High Court in Supreme Court, reported by Radio Pakistan.
It may be added that Islamabad High Court had disqualified Khawaja Asif last week as member of parliament under Article 62(1)(f) of the Constitution for not disclosing his employment in a UAE company.
The petitioner said the IHC decision was based on speculations.
