LAHORE-Karachi Girls Basketball team has departed for Islamabad to participate in the National Girls Basketball Championship 2022 to be held in Islamabad from October 3. 
The Karachi girls basketball team is being led by Laiba Tabrez while Usman Ali Khawaja is the manager and Zaima Khatoon is the coach. The team was sent off by Commissioner Karachi Muhammad Iqbal Memon in the presence of KBBA President Ghulam Muhammad Khan, Patron Shahida Parveen Kayani and team sponsor Muhammad Shakeel John, CEO ‘Har Pul Taza Chai’ and others. 
The Commissioner assured the Karachi girls basketball team of his all-out support and hoped that the team will try to give its best during the national event and will also try to lift the coveted trophy of the tournament. “If the girl basketball team wins the national event, they will be rewarded in a remarkable manner.”
