JHELUM: Forensic report of Samia Shahid has been released and it confirms that she was murdered. Her death was not due to natural causes, reported Waqt News.
Samia’s death was caused by suffocation the report states. The forensic report has been presented to the Chief Minister's investigation committee.
Samia, 28, a British national was visiting her family in Pakistan when she was found dead on July 20. According to her family, she had died of natural causes; but her second husband Mukhtar Kazam denied the claims. He did not believe them rather said that Samia had been killed by her family for ‘honour’.
