‘PPP, Q united to loot country, prolong rule’

KHARIAN CANTT - The Pakistan People's Party and the PML-Q entered into an agreement to prolong their rule and to loot the country, said PML-N leader Hamza Shahbaz Sharif here on Sunday.He addressing a public meeting held as electioneering for his party candidate Malik Hanif Awan ahead of the NA-107 by election to be held on Tuesday (tomorrow). Earlier, he added, the PPP and PML-Q leaders were accusing each other of being killer and now they had become companions to save their vested interest. Mr Hamza paid rich tributes to PML-N chief Nawas Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and claimed that they were only leaders who can steer the country out of crises.  "Nawaz Sharif as prime minister of Pakistan did not bow before the US and made six atomic explosions against the five atomic blasts of India. He made the country atomic power and kicked the dollars for the betterment of Pakistan," he said. "Now, no one can cast an evil eye on Pakistan," he said, asking the people to elect the PML-N candidate in by election. The PML-N had the abilities to put the country on the way to progress, he claimed. The seat was vacated by Malik Jamil Awan because of his dual nationalities. For the event, tight security arrangements were made. A number of PML-N activists and leaders from Gujrat, Kotla, Sara-i-Alamgir and Lalamusa reached there to attend meeting.
