Two vehicles worth millions found missing from Ishaq Dar’s residency

Two vehicles worth millions of rupees have gone missing on Saturday from former finance minister Ishaq Dar’s residency and National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has asked Excise Department for help to trace vehicles.

On order of Supreme Court, NAB Lahore started legal proceedings to confiscate Ishaq Dar’s assets.

NAB has found that Ishaq Dar’s Land Cruiser AY-19 and Mercedes Benz MY-19 worth millions of rupees went missing from his Gulberg-III residency and NAB has not found them.

Following this matter NAB tried to gather information about those vehicles from the relatives living in Ishaq Dar’s house and they expressed ignorance. On which NAB wrote a letter to the Excise Department and asked to provide information regarding both vehicles.

Excise Department has started the scrutiny process and will provide a detailed report regarding this matter to NAB next week.
