LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) directed the federation to submit a reply about increased tax on sui gas supply in one week today.
During the case hearing, plaintiff Shafqat Mahmood stated that the increased tax on sui gas is illegal, therefore, the court should annul the decision.
The court has approved the petition for hearing and ordered federation officials to submit written reply in one week.
