Track restored after freight train derails  in Sukkur

SUKKUR   -   Punjab-bound trains resumed their journey on Friday after Pakistan Railways (PR) staff, following efforts of eight hours, restored the up track that had been affected by the derailment of bogies of a coal carrying train in Sukkur on Thursday night. It is reminded that the train, heading from Karachi to Sahiwal, had gone off the rails near Mando Dero area of Sukkur. The accident had disrupted the schedule of trains heading from the port city to Punjab.
