KARAK - Two persons, including a woman and a child, were killed and seven others got injured in a road accident here on Sunday.
Sources informed that as a result of collision between passenger coach and a motorcar going in opposite directions on Indus Highway near Hamidan Chowk, nine passengers sustained injuries and later a  woman and a 12-year-old child, resident of Lakki Marwat, succumbed to injuries. on the way to hospital.
Seven others injured were identified as Dilawar Khan son of Afzal Ali Khan, Asmatullah son of Mir Ali Jan, Shifa Ali Khan son of Sher Nawaz, Muhammad Javed son of Mir Payo Khan, Hameedullah son of Gul zafar, Hatim Khan son of Gul Khan and Rafiullah son of Asmatullah. They were shifted to district headquarters hospital Karak for treatment. The doctors stated their conditions as serious. All the victims belong to district Lakki Marwat.
