A 23-year-old man, identified as Rehan, was reportedly tortured to death in police custody in Rawalpindi.
The family of the deceased claim that he was detained and tortured to death. The family had surrounded the police station in Ganj Mandi and protested.
Imran, Rehan’s brother has stated that that his brother was a drug addict but not a drug seller.
