PML-Q chief Ch Shujaat Hussain said that instead of amending blasphemy law, a new law should be introduced to avoid its misuse. A meeting of Central Working Committee (CWC) of PML-Q held under the chairmanship of Ch. Shujaat. Some resolutions were ratified by the party leaders in the meeting. They demanded the government to solve the matter of blasphemy law in a month and immediately reduce POL prices. They also approved resolution against drone attacks. He said that religious parties, civil society and political leaders should jointly play their role to stop the misuse of blasphemy law.
