Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has, on Friday, challenged the decision of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for conducing re-poll in NA-75 Daska within the Supreme Court.

PTI candidate Ali Asjad Malhi has made his opponent Nosheen Iftikhar party within the request together with others and kept up that the ECP did not looked after the rules and directions whereas issuing the arrange of re-election within the whole constituency.

Ali Asjad Malhi said the ECP decision abuses Article 10-A, and asked the summit court to issue comes about of the by-election after invalidating the ECP decision. It is relevant here to say that the ECP had invalidated by-election in NA-75 Daska and requested to conduct re-polling within the whole voting public on Walk 18.
