LAHORE-Punjab Institute of Languages, Art & Culture held a special meeting in honour of renowned poet, veteran journalist and intellectual Dr Kanwal Feroze for achieving prestigious Presidential award Tamgha-e-Imtiaz (Literature) in recognition of his meritorious services. The meeting was presided over by Shafqat Tanvir Mirza while Dr Khizra Sadaf, Director Punjab Institute of Languages, Art & Culture, organised the programme. The speakers which included Nasreen Anjum Bhatti, Shehnaz Muzammil, Prof Ernest Dulvi & Maj (R) Tariq Javed Afridi Director General Punjab Institute of Languages, Art & Culture, paid rich tributes to Dr Feroze Kanwal and his work. Iqbal Rahi and Sultana Munawar expressed their appreciations in poetic form while Altaf Ahmed Qureshi and Mohammad Jamil presented a bouquet on behalf of Pakistan Academy of Letters.
