ISLAMABAD - Special Assis[1]tant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on National Health Services (NHS) Dr Faisal Sultan on Monday said the permanent residents of Is[1]lamabad Capital Territory (ICT) and Gilgit Baltistan (GB) will get health cards in January 2022. In a state[1]ment issued by the minis[1]try of NHS, the SAPM said this while chairing a special meeting on universal health coverage. Provincial Health Minister Punjab Yasmeen Rashid and KP Provin[1]cial Minister Taimur Zafar Jhagra attended the meet[1]ing via video link. SAPM on NHS said that all permanent residents of Is[1]lamabad and Gilgit-Baltis[1]tan will have health card fa[1]cilities from January 2022, while 19 million fami[1]lies across the country will have access to free health through the card
